 Her Background

Before I started at ECHO a little over 2 years ago, I was a hairdresser for 15 years. I knew I wanted to continue to help people, but in a different way. I have always been drawn to the medical field, especially Hematology and Oncology as this has affected my family directly. In the summer of 2019, I decided to take a leap of faith and enrolled in the Phlebotomy course at American Ambulance to get my foot in the door. Within minutes of the first class, I knew that the medical field was where I was meant to be.

 Why She Chose Hematology/Oncology

After graduating and receiving my certification I reached out to ECHO, hoping that they would take a chance on me and I am so thankful they did!  ECHO is not just another “medical office”, they believe in and care about their staff just as much as we care about our patients.

What you do to make a positive difference in the lives of your patients

I try my best to make sure that every patient’s needs are heard, feelings are acknowledged, and concerns are addressed. We work as a team to create the best experience possible, which I believe sets us apart from other offices.

What She Enjoys Most About Her Role at ECHO

My favorite thing about working at ECHO is the continuing education we are provided by our doctors and experienced staff as well as the compassion that is shown throughout the office. It feels great to be a part of a team that truly cares about our patients. The best part of my day is seeing patients smile and share their exciting news with me.

What I do outside of work

In my free time, I love to spend time with my two growing boys, family, friends and yes, I still love to make people feel and look beautiful!
