There for me in my time of need

I was having a difficult day on the day of my appointment, as can happen when battling cancer. The nursing staff, Peggy, Cyndi, and Dr. Yang were so kind to me when I was struggling. Cyndi even offered to sit with me during my appointment. Everyone was encouraging and supportive without downplaying my distress. I have been a patient at ECHO for almost a year and have always been treated with concern and respect, but I will never forget the support and kindness they showed me on this challenging day.
