Now Offering a Breast Cancer Support Group

ECHO has launched a new Breast Cancer Support Group. The focus of this group is to create a space safe to come together, share your story, learn new coping skills, and find out about resources that may help you on your journey.

Sessions will be facilitated by Alexandra Pitman, APRN and our social worker, Heather Kwasnick, MSW, LMSW. First session will be held on Friday, April 21 from 1pm-2:30pm at 308 Salem Turnpike in Norwich. Sessions are limited to patients only. RSVP is required due to limited space.
