Caregiver Support Group

Being a caregiver can be overwhelming! You likely have many responsibilities, not just for the person you are caring for, but for yourself as well.

The Town of East Lyme offers a free monthly support group for caregivers. Sessions are held the 3rd Tuesday of every month at the Senior Center from 10am-11am in the Day Room. It is an opportunity for caregivers to share experiences, learn about resources, hear from guest speakers, and support one another.
