Rock to Rides

ECHO is committed to helping patients overcome challenges associated with care. If you face issues with your transportation to or from medical visits, our Rock to Rides program can help. This program is 100% funded by the ECHO Cancer Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of our patients.

• Transportation is available for medical visits directly related to your ECHO care. This includes office visits, infusions, and radiology services at the hospital.
• Requests need to be made 36 hours prior to your appointment. Wheelchair accessible transport is available by request.
• Rock to Rides is for transportation needs scheduled in advance, and is not for medical emergencies or last-minute appointments. If there is a true medical emergency, call 911.
• Riders are expected to conduct themselves appropriately when using the program and when interacting with those who support and manage the program.  
• Transportation is based on availability of drivers and is not a guarantee.

To schedule a ride, please contact our front desk by phone or send a message via the patient portal. A member of the team will contact you to schedule the ride.
