New Online Check In

Starting April 7, you can check in on your own device – before your visit or when you arrive! This is part of our efforts to ensure that we make your care as easy and convenient as possible.

What to expect:

Make sure to confirm we have your email and cell phone number when you check in. You will get an email or text reminder prior to visits which will allow you to confirm or cancel your appointment. A few days prior to your visit, you will get another communication to check-in and provide necessary information. If you prefer, you can also check-in at the office.
