First-time Registration
You can register at any time. To register, you will need to have an active email address and follow these steps:
Step 1
Let the front office staff at our practice know that you’d like to register for CareSpace and provide them with your email address.
Step 2
Check your email for a CareSpace invitation from our practice. The email will have details on the patient portal and a sign-up link.
Step 3
Open the email and click “Complete Your Registration”. Please note that you should register for CareSpace within 4 days of receiving your invitation. If you do not, you will need to request another invitation.
Step 4
You will be taken to the Account Registration page where you will be prompted to create an acceptable password for your account. Acceptable passwords include at least one lowercase and uppercase character, one number, one special character, and have an 8 character minimum.
Step 5
Once you create an acceptable password, you will be taken to the login page. Here you will enter your newly created credentials and enter CareSpace.
Step 6
Enjoy CareSpace anytime, anywhere. To login, visit www.carespaceportal.com.

Is the information in CareSpace private and secure?
Yes, CareSpace is certified in the latest security standards, and information will stay private and secure. CareSpace access is only permitted to authorized users who have been verified through a registration process.

Tips for registering your account
My registration link has expired. How do I set up my account?
To make sure that your information stays safe, registration links expire after four days. Give our practice a call if you need to be sent a new link.
What do I do if I never received a registration link from my practice?
Check your spam folder. If you still don’t see one, give our practice a call.
Where do I log in for CareSpace?
You can access CareSpace by visiting: www.carespaceportal.com. Or by clicking the CareSpace button on the bottom of our homepage.
What happens if I forget my password?
No problem, you can reset your password yourself. Look for the “I forgot my password” link on www.carespaceportal.com.
