• Lori and Sheena always make sure my appointments are made, and they keep tabs on my blood work. I could not ask for better staff and wonderful medical assistants. They are wonderful!

• Very professional office, the clinical staff are very knowledgeable. I could tell beyond sorting me out clinically that they made their best efforts to assuage my fears about being referred to their office. 
• Annie is absolutely wonderful.
• The MA who took my blood for testing is one of the nicest people I know. She takes my blood pressure, weight, etc. and makes sure that the list of meds that I take are up-to-date. She is kind and always asks how I’m doing and goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable. A super person!
• I’m always treated kindly by everyone there and have never experienced a problem with anyone.
• The entire staff is always wonderful.
• I always enjoy interacting with Sheena, Laurie, Angelina, and Annie. They always have good spirits, which is contagious. They treat me like a friend, as opposed to just being a patient. I love my relationship with them. They give their patients and each other total respect. 
• Everyone in the office was so very nice and it made me feel very comfortable and my waiting time in the waiting room wasn’t long at all. Very happy.

• I always enjoy spending time with Kristen and Raphie. They both make me feel comfortable and look after me.
• Professional and friendly staff. Service is always provided in a timely manner.
• Nicole, my APRN, spent additional time with me when I was hospitalized. I appreciate her concern. I also thought, the Nutritionist, followed through well with giving me printed information for my diet.  
• Ally really cares about her patients, she listens, and is knowledgeable, warm, kind and friendly.
• Laurie, Dr. Dhami’s medical assistant, always goes above and beyond and remains efficient in all areas.
• I have been a patient for many years with ECHO and always have been highly satisfied with my care. This practice is obviously very busy with many staff members and no matter when or what the circumstances may be, they are professional, cheerful, and encouraging to ease any stress or concerns you’re experiencing. My questions are always addressed and often even before I ask them! I feel very well treated in every aspect
• Bunny was very helpful during my first chemo visit. She answered all my questions and helped me with scheduling issues. 
• Courtney is an exceptional nurse with great personality and so caring for her patients! 
• The Physician’s Assistant who saw me and the person who gives me my prescriptions provided outstanding service and care.
• Nurse Courtney were very thorough in my care and are always so informative about my health.
• The woman who always takes my blood is very kind and friendly and makes me feel like she really cares about my well-being. She’s super! 
• I was very pleased with ease and time frame of my visit and the receptionist. The APRN took time in listening to my health concerns even though they were not all directly related to my previous cancer condition or treatment. Her suggestions were helpful and answered my questions. 
• Kaitlyn and Becky are exceptional oncology nurses, so caring, and professional, through-out my 12 rounds of chemotherapy treatments! L
• Lisa, Dr.Kapur’s assistant is such a professional, so helpful making all my appointments for chemo, CT scans, bloodwork. She has an excellent personality and is extremely good with all my needs!
• Annie was a delight!

• Nurse Bunny explained everything she was going to do, she was professional, kind, caring, funny, and checked on me often. Her actions told me my safety and comfort were her number one priory. She’s truly a gem. 
• The staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. They make me feel comfortable and at ease for my treatments.

• My APRN and the people behind the desk and all of the office people are all great. I am highly satisfied.
