Every team member makes a difference in your care

We are fortunate to have an outstanding team at ECHO. From the person who greets you to the person who draws your blood or oversees your chemotherapy, every touch point matters.  We love to hear from our patients about our team members who make a difference.

Here one patient shares some of the many people who have made a positive difference in her life:

• RNs – Sarah, Alyssia & Kaitlyn: This is no doubt one of the most demanding jobs at ECHO. But, these women manage to give their precious time by asking, checking in, and listening to even the silliest of stories. They manage to be present in the moment.

• Phlembotomy: Jenn LC is always cheerful and call me by my nickname. And, Kim gets me in and out for labs with a smile. They are both efficient and professional.

• Reception: Pam greets everyone with a smile and encouraging words. She must have a bad day every once in a while but you never would know it!

• Secretary: Dawn checks me out and schedules my visits. This job requires juggling many tasks at one time, but she is always patient and pleasant. And she is light-hearted with a sense of humor – just what the doctor ordered.
