Our Triage Team
We are here for our patients – whenever you need us. It is our goal to make sure you understand your condition and know what to expect during treatment. Most importantly, when issues arise, we are your go-to source.
- We encourage our patients to call us day and night if there is an issue. Everyone who calls will get a call back within 1-2 hours.
- Our front desk knows how to deal with urgent issues and can direct calls to our triage nurse, nurse navigator, or the nurse in charge.
- Our answering service is available on nights and weekends and we follow up the next day to make sure all issues were addressed.
Our goal is to keep you out of the hospital or ER. This means we will get you in quickly for sick visits and have a back-up area in our infusion center for supportive care including hydration, anti-nausea treatment, and management of other side effects. We want to resolve issues – before they escalate.
