Thank You to All Veterans

A big shout out to all veterans. Thank you for your service and sacrifice. We appreciate you today and everyday!

We are proud of our own veteran – Nicole McKenzie, APRN. Nicole began her medical journey as an Army Medic in 1997. She worked as an RN in the emergency department for five years before transferring to outpatient oncology where she spent another four years as an RN. 

After completing her Family Nurse Practitioner program, Nicole continued to work in outpatient oncology and is nationally certified as an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner. After two years with ECHO, she transitioned to inpatient care where she provides direct patient care in coordination with the hospital inpatient team, palliative care and ECHO oncologists.
