A New Grant for Caregivers

The ECHO Cancer Care Foundation is thrilled to announce the establishment of the Len & Kim Begin Caregiver Fund. This fund will provide support and resources specifically for caregivers of cancer patients in Eastern Connecticut.

Len Begin, a cancer patient, and his wife, Kim, with the support of family and friends, raised over $7,500 to establish this fund. The goal is to provide financial support and services to caregivers to help alleviate the stress and burnout that can result from being a caregiver.

This fund will support access to:

Therapy and Mental Health Services
Support Groups
Therapeutic Massage
Reiki and other Energy Work (Yoga, Tai Chi, etc)
Art Therapy
