If you are already a user of the portal:

You will receive a welcome email and will need to transition to the new portal. After our October transition, you will no longer be able to access our existing portal.

If you are new to our patient portal:

Provide your full name, email address, and date of birth to staff member at check-in. Or, complete the Navigating Care card at the check-in area. Watch your email for an invite to get started
