A Cut Above the Rest to Help Cancer Patients

We are so grateful to hear from a wonderful woman who would like to help our patients in their time of need. Chanelle is a hairdresser at the Perfect Image salon in Colchester.

This is what she shares:

April is Esophageal Cancer Awareness Month. Two years ago we lost someone in the family to this awful disease.  To honor him and those who have lost their battle, I would like to donate my skill and time to those who might need it.

I’ve been a hairstylist for six years and am knowledgeable in both men’s and women’s cuts. If you or someone you know needs a haircut because you are going through cancer treatment or have finished treatment and are growing their hair back, I will cut your hair at no cost.

My goal is to just help those who are going through such an awful time by bringing a smile to their face and making them feel better with a fresh style. I am honoring cuts at no cost for the month of April 2022.
