Heather Meller DNP, APN-C

Heather is a dynamic and dedicated Advanced Practice Nurse with over 30 years of expertise in Neurology, Neuromuscular diseases and oncology. She has a proven track record in enhancing patient outcomes through effective communication and leadership. 

Heather earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University before continuing my education at Columbia University, where she completed a Master’s degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Oncology. Her passion for oncology and lifelong learning led her to pursue additional training, including a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree from Columbia University.

As her career evolved, she found herself caring for oncology patients of all ages. To better serve adult patients, she earned an Adult Nurse Practitioner degree from Felician University. Most recently, she completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Rutgers University.

At ECHO, Heather provides care for patients in both our office and hospital settings, bringing decades of oncology experience and a deep commitment to compassionate, collaborative care.

She truly enjoy partnering with patients and their families while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and the entire healthcare team to provide the highest quality care.
