One Family Member Gives Back!

Meet Kayla: Through the inspiration of her mom and grandmother, this is the second year Kayla has raised funds in support of those affected by cancer.

Last year, with help from the Griswold volleyball team, she raised money for a the cancer foundation. This year, Kayla took it upon herself and single-handedly raised $1,200 to support local patients!

So why did Kayla choose The ECHO Cancer Foundation? Because her grandmother received care here with our team, and that experience inspired her to give back in her memory.

Here’s a message from her mom, Staci:

“In loving memory of my mom, in honor of myself, our cousin Kaitlyn, and many family & friends who have been diagnosed. Kayla raised funds for a local cancer center, ECHO, in Norwich (where my mom spent most of her treatment journey). And don’t forget — your annual mammogram is still the gold standard for early detection.”
