ALIMTA DEXAMETHASONE PREMEDS

DEXAMETHASONE (4MG) Take one tablet twice and daily the day before, the day of, and the day after chemotherapy. Repeat with each chemotherapy cycle.

FOLIC ACID (1MG) Take one tab daily.
